Reformer Pilates workouts are incredibly effective and convenient with the option of 45 min lessons and 60 min lessons.
Reformer Pilates uses a spring loaded machine, which was first designed over 90years ago by Joseph Pilates. Reformers are designed to not only target large muscle groups, but also the smaller accessory muscles. Programs are tailored to the individuals needs by our fully qualified reformer Pilates instructor, Sophie.
Programs are designed to target the large muscle groups of the body (core, pelvic floor, gluts, back, arms and legs) whilst also specifically activating and strengthening smaller muscle groups within these large areas. Through tailored programs you are guaranteed to reach your own personal fitness goals and leave feeling stronger.
Injured Recently? Through working closely with our Physiotherapist we aim to ensure you continue towards your fitness goals and ensure we cater for any injuries and rehab requirements needed. The clinical rehab setting allows us to cater to your needs and to follow your progress closely and ensure you continue to strengthen those problem areas throughout the rehabilitation process.
